I Have a Virus! What Do I Do?

Don’t touch any on screen buttons or dialog boxes. Turn off the computer (even if it means using the power button). Turn it back on and try to run your antivirus programs. Download and run a free tool like ADW Cleaner or Malwarebytes. Turn off computer and call Computer Doctor.
