2) The Computer Doctor Remote Engineer will contact you by phone or email at your scheduled appointment time.
3) Return to this page and press the “Click Here for Live Support ONLINE” box.
4) Fill out the form with your name, company name and describe your issue.
5) Press the SUBMIT button. Then Press RUN twice.
4) A small temporary file will download onto your machine that grants permission for the Computer Doctor Engineer to “drive” your PC remotely.
5) Sit back and relax! Watch as The Computer Doctor fixes your PC or go about your other business and you will receive a phone call when repairs are complete.

Q: Can I get Remote Support if I can’t get on the Internet?
A: No. If you live in Northern Virginia, our On-Site Engineers can come to you.
Q: Can I get Remote Support if I am behind a router or firewall?
A: Yes, however if you are running a software firewall such as Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm or Windows Firewall, you may need to temporarily disable it.
Q: What if my problem cannot be fixed remotely?
A: There is no charge for remote service if your problem is not resolved.
Q: Is this safe and secure?
A: Yes. We proudly use BOMGAR Remote Desktop Access with 256 bit SSL encryption. The software is a temporary file and will be uninstalled after your Remote Support session is over.
